Greener Practice’s Articles of Association

As a community interest company (CIC), Companies House requires that Greener Practice abides by its Articles of Association. The Articles of Association explain how the company runs day-to-day. They cover things like how decisions are made, how directors are chosen, and crucially, how the company’s assets and any profits must be used for community benefit rather than private gain. They’re essentially the internal constitution that governs how everyone involved in the CIC works together and ensures it stays true to its community purpose.
