Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding the cancellation of your annual subscription to Greener Practice NetworkPLUS for primary care professionals.

1. Free Trial / Introductory Period

If your subscription includes a free trial or introductory free membership, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.

You will receive an email reminder before your trial ends and your paid subscription begins.

2. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions are set to automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your original sign-up. Your payment method will be charged at the then-current annual rate unless you cancel before your renewal date.

You will receive advance notice by email before your renewal is processed.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time before your renewal date by:

– Logging into your account and visiting the Membership or Billing section, or
– Contacting us at contact@greenerpractice.com.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

4. Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of your subscription term after payment is processed. Once your annual subscription renews, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of billing.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this cancellation policy from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through your account dashboard.
