Greener Practice is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC). Our mission is to enable primary care to move towards environmentally sustainable and more equitable healthcare. Greener Practice’s values are based on creating inclusive, supportive, respectful, honest, collaborative and creative environments to support our aims.

Director role
Greener Practice CIC Director (2 posts)
Term: 3-year term with potential to extend for a further 3 years, extension period to be reviewed by the board annually
Remuneration: Directors may receive a small nominal stipend at the end of the financial year according to available finances, but this is not guaranteed
Hours: 4-6 hours per week (Director check ins are on Tuesday mornings)
Closing date: 5pm Friday 31st October 2025.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed by 11th November 2025.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 25th November 2025 between 9am and 1pm – please hold this date and time if applying.

Volunteers
We have a fantastic group of volunteers who help Greener Practice. We’re happy to welcome volunteers interested in gaining experience in sustainable healthcare. There’s no experience needed and we are also happy for other industry support. If you’d like to get involved, please contact us to learn more about how you can contribute.
