This infographic has been developed to support healthcare professionals conduct asthma reviews in adults and children >12 years. It offers clear questions for effective conversations that empower patients to understand and manage their asthma. It also offers a clear approach to supporting inhaler device choice. It has been endorsed by Greener NHS, the Primary Care Respiratory Society, Asthma and Lung UK and the Association of Respiratory Nurses. This resources was developed through a grant from Health Innovation Network, Yorkshire and Humber and created in collaboration with N3i Digital Services company.
